Vernal Home Boutique Villa

The staffs were very nice! They were so generous about our requests and kindly recommended many things we asked for and were so helpful during our stays in the property. There were shops nearby where you can buy snacks and souvenirs. The room was spacious too. The view and atmosphere were comfy. And there were many comments about the place being quite far from the center but i think it’s nothing to worry about because basically we mostly take a grab.

We liked everything. This is a small boutique hotel. 5/6 rooms in each floor. Very peacefull. The interior is super nice. We took a room with the koi pond view from the balcony. It was nice. You can just peacefully sit in the balcony for hours. The swimming is nice as well. We did not use the sauna though. The room is spacious. It has everything even if you want to stay for a long time. The neighbourhood itself is quite nice. Very quiet. Also not very far from the beach. The staff helped us with every car rental and our bana hills trip. They are super helpfull. You can take a bi-cycle from the hotel for free and roam aroud the neighbourhood.

Breakfast options are less. But I understand as they are a small boutique hotel, the restaurant serves the purpose.

I love the concept. I think pretty much most boutique hotel in Da Nang have similar concept. Nonetheless it’s beautiful and very calming. The staff, receptionist, kitchen and gardener are all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast spread was beautifully decorated.

Very quite, the room is very large with good decoration.The room is equipped with cooking device, we can cook if case we feel bored with local food.

Only some of the staff can speak English well, it's sometimes a little bit difficult to communicate... but it's OK to exchange with translator application.

The koi pond is delightful. The bath was lovely with flowers for our anniversary. Very much appreciated!!

Not tremendous privacy for the bathroom. The toilet is sheltered by only a little enclosure, not a room. Unfortunately we were both with travel sickness, so not much privacy when you need to use the loo for anything.Breakfast was not fantastic. It was okay but quite early. After the first day we didn't even bother with it.

Beautiful place to stay in Da Nang, surely worthy the price.We had available free bikes which allowed us to get to know better our points of interest.Staff was very friendly, we were able to check in a bit earlier.

Nothing negative. I was sorry that there were no vegetarian milk options for breakfast but I understand it is something not so common in the city.

Very clean and nicely decorated hotel in an industrial type of design.Rooms are beautiful and the whole hotel is filled with plants and greeneries. There is a big Koi fish pond in the lobby as well.Staff was friendly and the location is perfect to go to the public beach.

The rooms could be a bit more isolated as it is very easy to hear the noise coming from the swimming pool. However, the hotel is calm during the night.

The stay at the hotel was perfect. Our expectations were exceeded and we can recommend the hotel 100%!The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we had problems with our rented scooter, they helped us quickly. The breakfast was delicious and there was also a sufficient selection of vegetarian food. The hotel room was really a dream! The bed was very large and the mattress was pleasantly soft. We particularly liked the layout of the shower and toilet in the bathroom. In general, we were also impressed by the cleanliness and layout of the room. The hotel is unbeatable in terms of price-performance ratio. We would like to come again when we‘re back in Vietnam!

Room were big and cosy. Pool were the the perfect size to chill in the afternoon from the heatReceptionist were very helpful with our queries and recommendations for our stay in Danang.

The allocated room the aircond is not functioning. But the staff (Mr Hoang) was good enough to exchange room for me. He is very helpful and swift response to guest request

The soup noodle and the staff in the breakfast room are very kind and real. The receptionists are very helpful. Ms. Tuoi is super.

The villa opposite to the hotel can be noisy until 11 pm, depending on its guests. If difficult to sleep, recommend to avoid the room near the road.

The hotel is very beautifull and well designed. The pool is a nice addition to the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty.We loved the bed and the spacious rooms.

When we got in our room there was some thrash on the floor. Becides this little thing, they were training a new staffmember, who couldn't speak English very well. This made for some inconvenient situations with booking a taxi and booking a daytrip.

we arrived at the property at about 21:00, and was greeted by the on-duty manager warmly. received our keys without hassle and was brought up to our room by her. the manager always extra helpful with providing information about the local and surrounding area, and anticipated our needs and questions. the room itself was very tidy and neat. we had the room with a balcony facing the street, and under the common area on the 5th floor. there were some noise (as expected with common areas and streets), but we easily slept through it. the breakfast was very nice and varied for a hotel of this size. there were local delicacies, baked goods, fried rice, noodles with soup, a simple salad bar, cereal bar, and juice. there were about 20 rooms total, and not more than 6 or 7 people would occupy the dining room at once. however, this was to an advantage as we enjoyed a quiet and uncrowded dining room to ourselves. the surrounding area was adequate. walk up to the main road and you're less than 10 minutes away from the sea. walk northwest and you'll arrive at a local market about 10 minutes away. there are local cafes and restaurants around, but can't speak to it as we didn't try any. there's a convenient store on the main road less than 2 minutes away.

we were told that requesting a late checkout for 2pm on the same day will incur a 30% room rate surchange.the lobby and lift area were always sweltering with the 39 degree humid da nang climate. sweat buckets while dealing with the front desk.

Lovely staff, very helpful. The room were huge with a great balcony.

The room itself was clean and tidy, spacious as well. Location was great. Value for money. When you order grab the receptionist were kind enough to bring it up to your room even at late hours.

There were mosquitoes.The pool gets so freaking loud in the morning that i am jolted awake by this same korean family every single morning with the kid shouting "apa apa". It's insanely loud as the pool is in the middle of the building acting hence creating an airwell that amplifies the sound.

Super king bed. Away from the busy street. Love the environment and very welcoming receptionist

The room was amazing, so much space and the AC worked perfectly. It was really comfortable and clean. The staff was more than helpfull with everything I needed them for. Amazing value for the money. I would have loved to stay longer. Definitely my most favorite stay in Vietnam so far!

The breakfast is delicious, the variety is rich, the restaurant staff is warm, and the swimming pool is beautiful.

The location and the breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the room and staff was very nice.

I loved everything. Maybe breakfast would have more vegetarian options.
